MANUFACTURING

A Structured Process from Fabric to Finished Bed Linen.

We organise bed linen production around defined product specifications, dimensions, design requirements, quality checks and packaging needs for B2B projects.

From Project Requirements to Finished Product.

Each stage is guided by the specifications defined for the product and its target market.

  1. Weaving

We weave home-textile fabrics using Air-Jet and Sulzer looms in our weaving facility.

Production Built Around Project Requirements.

A B2B project is defined by more than the product itself. Size, construction, design, labelling and packaging requirements all shape the production brief.

  • Product Specifications

Production follows the construction and requirements defined for the project.

  • Market & Size Requirements

Product dimensions can be defined around the needs of the target market and project.

  • Design & Pattern Requirements

Visual and pattern specifications can be included where applicable.

  • Labels & Packaging Requirements

Labelling and packaging requirements can be defined as part of the project.

Quality Control as Part of the Production Flow.

Finished products are checked against the agreed production requirements before the workflow moves into final preparation and packaging.

Production Capacity

  • Monthly production capacity: 50,000–60,000 sets
  • Annual production capacity: 600,000–720,000 sets

Products can be manufactured in custom dimensions according to project requirements, and production can be carried out with customer-specific designs.
